Dining for Diversity,
a dinner to support breaking down barriers in the culinary profession.
The
evening will begin with a cocktail reception, hors d'oeuvres and
insight into the new BCA student chapter at the
Culinary Institute of of Charleston campus.
Guests will then enjoy a six-course meal with wine pairings prepared by leading national chefs:

Chef Peng Looi (August Moon Chinese Bistro & Asiatique),
Chef Kevin Mitchell (Culinary Institute of Charleston),

Chef Marvin Woods (Turner South's Home Plate).

generation of BCA culinary talent, and inspire all those who share the
