Join Chef Kevin Mitchell and Alex Askew, BCA President, at Dining for Diversity, a dinner to support breaking down barriers in the culinary profession.  The evening will begin with a cocktail reception, hors d'oeuvres and insight into the new BCA student chapter at the Culinary Institute of of Charleston campus. Guests will then enjoy a six-course meal with wine pairings prepared by leading national chefs:

Chef Erika Davis (Ponte Vedra Inn and Club), Chef Ron Duprat (Hollywood Beach Marriott), Chef Peng Looi (August Moon Chinese Bistro & Asiatique), Chef Kevin Mitchell (Culinary Institute of Charleston), Chef Kyle Ketchum (Spiced Pear Restaurant), Chef Roberto Santibañez (Truly Mexican Consulting), and Chef Marvin Woods (Turner South's Home Plate).

Dining for Diversity will feature sumptuous food and wine, shine a spotlight on the new generation of BCA culinary talent, and inspire all those who share the vision of a more diverse kitchen.
