As an advisor member of the BCA, the primary responsibility is to align support and resources in order for the organization to grow and expand programs.
The target objectives of the Advisory Board are:
To be knowledgeable about the organization- its mission, goals, strengths and needs.
To be available for consultation and willing to share your expertise and experience to enhance the organization.
To assist in the development of the BCA into an organization able to expand its services and programs for the development of people of color who are considering culinary/hospitality and the foodservice industry as a career.
