Bring culinary students to local organic farms and teach them about healthy eating, mindful harvesting, and urban agriculture sustainability. This allows culinary students to have a holistic view of fresh produce and harness the healthiest farm-to-table recipes.
Industry Validation Mentorship
Culinary students are selected through an application process which consists of an essay, written exams, and cooking and kitchen safety demonstration using two recipes. After students are selected, they are placed with an industry leader for a 10 week intensive, hands-on mentoring program.
Coach culinary students on various industry related matters such as resume writing, interview preparation, networking, professional development, etc.
Women's Catering Training Program

BCA Global is beginning a 6 - 8 week training course for women who are interested in becoming caterers and entrepreneurs. Classes will begin January 2017.
