Executive Management Member
Annual Dues: $350.00

Designed for Executive Managers who have obtained the highest level of culinary or FOH management in a BCAGlobal-approved food service environment. Select professional applicants shall be considered as determined after review and approval of qualifications.

Membership Requirements:
1. Six (6) years at the Executive Management level, a minimum of thirty-five (35) college credits, and a career biography. Otherwise, ten (10) years (minimum) at the chef level and eighteen (18) months at the Executive Chef level with a career biography.
2. Provide career and/or business biography and company profile.
3. The applicant shall demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuing education.

Chef/Professional Member
Annual Dues: $250.00

Designed for professionals who have obtained a high level of expertise in the profession of culinary arts and hospitality services, which can be utilized in the food service environment in support of the BCAGlobal’s vision and goals as determined after a review of qualifications. This level shall include chefs, business owners, regional directors, design consultants, management consultants, business services, architects, interior designers, etc.

Membership Requirements:
1. Provide career and/or business biography and company profile.
2. Five (5) years minimum experience at the professional level of their trade and expertise.
3. Two (2) letters of recommendation.
4. The applicant shall demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuing education.

Associate Food Service Member
Annual Dues: $100.00

Designed for professionals over the age of 23, currently employed in a BCAGlobal-approved food service and/or hospitality environment in a capacity that can serve as partial qualifications for more advanced membership.

Membership Requirements:
1. The applicant shall be employed in a culinary or hospitality environment and over the age of 23.
2. The applicant shall demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuing education.

Young Professional/Student Member
Annual Dues: $50.00

Young professional and student membership is available to professionals under the age of 23, as well as students currently enrolled in BCAGlobal-approved and accredited institutions of higher learning and participating in a culinary/hospitality-related course of study.

Membership Requirements:
1. The applicant shall be (a) a student in good standing as defined by the applicant’s educational institution, or (b) a professional under the age of 23, employed by a culinary or hospitality organization.
2. The applicant shall agree to comply with BCAGlobal’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
3. The applicant shall demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuing education.
